  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Exceptions: Manufacturer Direct items are final sale and not returnable.

    • You received the wrong item/size.
  • Resolution: We’ll assess the issue promptly and arrange a solution; delivery time varies by location.

D. Exchange Policy

  • Eligible Exchanges: Only for:
    • Damaged/defective items, or
    • Wrong item/size received.

E. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for valid returns.

F. Refund Process

  1. Inspection & Notification: We’ll notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.

G. No Refunds for Unused Discounts

  • Policy: Discounts not applied at checkout cannot be refunded retroactively.
